Located in a very quiet and privileged area, close to the old town, the harbour and the Playa Grande, this newly renovated apartment enjoys a wonderful view of the ocean. The room is very comfortable and bright, as well as the living room and the kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a lunch to be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea.

The bathroom has a shower and we provide towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, and there is a washing machine available for guests. The wifi is free as well as the use of the complex pool which is very well placed for sunbathing until sunset. Parking is free and reserved for residents of the complex, which is a great advantage in Puerto del Carmen so you can leave your car at home and walk to the restaurants of the port or the Avenida de las Playas.
